Universal Business Listing's Parent Company Renamed UBL Interactive, and Announces Board changes

Name Dynamics Inc to be UBL Interactive, Inc.

Charlotte, NC, (via PR Newswire) June 13 - Universal Business Listing's parent company, Name Dynamics Inc, will be renamed UBL Interactive, Inc. to reflect the company's focus.  At the same time, the company announced key board changes.

CEO Doyal Bryant said the name change came as a result of the outstanding success of awareness in the company’s core product, Universal Business Listing. "UBL has created an industry name for itself, and is our dominant brand and business identity," he said. "The name change aligns with product focus and corporate holding structure."

Our stock holders, vendors, partners and customers are not impacted by this change and no action is required on their part.  New stock certificates will be issued to replace those of Name Dynamics, as well as those of its merged predecessor entity, Bounceback Technologies. The stock ticker symbol is expected to be updated soon.

The company also announced board changes including the resignation of Chairman, Jack Pilger who, as CEO of Bounceback, had led the original merger with Name Dynamics in 2010. Mr. Bryant thanked Mr. Pilger for his valuable service to the company. "We have appreciated Jack's support, and his belief in the UBL business. We wish him well for the future,” said Bryant.

Mr. Jeff Guzy has been newly elected to the Board of Directors. Jeff has been a senior executive and director for private and public companies, including Loral Space, Bell Atlantic, FaciliCom and Leatt. "We welcome Jeff to the Board, knowing he has vast experience both as an executive and as an advisor to companies such as ours," said Bryant. "Jeff had already been offering important insight for UBL as a member of our Board of Advisors."

Scott Nedderman replaces Mr. Guzy on the advisory board. Mr. Nedderman is an owner of the technology company Netphase, which did early platform development for UBL and has completed significant work with companies such as Priceline, IBM and Nortel.  Mr. Nedderman has been a founding shareholder and has taken an active interest in the company's growth.
