Welcome to your new and exciting company. As previously announced, BounceBackTechnologies.com, Inc. (BBTC) acquired all of the issued and outstanding stock of Name Dynamics, Inc., a private company. We intend to change the name of the company from BounceBackTechnologies.com, Inc. to Name Dynamics, Inc.

In the acquisition transaction, the principals and others associated with Name Dynamics, Inc. received approximately 18 million shares of BBTC common stock in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding common stock of Name Dynamics, Inc., and its subsidiary Universal Business Listings (UBL). As a result, the combined company has approximately 30 million shares outstanding, which is the maximum amount of shares authorized by the Articles of Incorporation of BounceBackTechnologies.com, Inc.

The combined company has an aggressive plan for the next three months, including a corporate restructuring and a shareholder meeting. The preliminary agenda for the shareholder meeting includes the following items: (1) change the state of incorporation from Minnesota to Delaware, (2) a reverse stock split, (3) approval of the combined company's new auditors, Habif, Arogeti & Wynne LLP, (4) producing audited financial statements, (5) amending the Articles of Incorporation to authorize additional common stock and (6) the proposal of an employee stock compensation plan. You will receive a formal notification regarding the shareholders meeting, including a chance to vote on the aforementioned agenda items.

Currently, the members of our Board of Directors are: Jack Pilger, Doyal Bryant, Chris Travers, David Jaques and Jerry Robinson. We intend to nominate three additional directors, all of whom will be independent and possess industry expertise. The current officers of the combined company are: Doyal Bryant, Chris Travers and David Jaques. We are also in the process of forming an Advisory Board made up of world-renowned Industry leaders.

Name Dynamics' Universal Business Listing service (UBL) has become a recognized component in the local business listings marketplace where it has guided individual companies and major interactive agencies with the submission, correction, and enhancement of their online business profiles. It is regularly quoted by experts as one of the top ten fundamentals of Local Search optimization.

Accurate and ubiquitous local business listing content is known in the marketing world as a foundation element of online promotion and customer acquisition. We believe that these new services will provide the Company with significant growth opportunities worldwide. The Company will champion the importance of having a central repository of business profiles from which businesses and their representatives can manage their identity in one place for an annual fee. UBL currently has thousands of corporations and agencies subscribing to have their information distributed to every major local search portal such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, Local.com , City Search, SuperPages, and Yellow Pages.com. It complements that distribution by submitting to hundreds of internet yellow page sites, social networks, search directories, GPS Navigation devices, and to text, wireline, and mobile 411.

The Universal Business listing service (www.UBL.org) is the starting block for a larger strategy for monitoring, enhancing and protecting business identity and reputation. Today it offers one of the largest capabilities for a business to list not just its basic name, address and phone number, but also critical details like hours of operation, and description that help raise the visibility of businesses online, and the Company will continue to lead the field with the largest profile available to the online local content publishers and data providers.

Name Dynamics recently opened new Headquarters in Charlotte, NC and has engaged industry experts in the United Kingdom and Canada with a view to its global expansion. The Company's executives will be making prominent appearances at industry conferences over the balance of the year and will make announcements about its additional offerings. The strategic direction of these valued services will provide Name Dynamics with the opportunity to shift its focus and tap into high growth market segments.

While our revenues are indicative of our early stage company, we are establishing a pipeline which should hopefully grow these revenues at a pace pleasing to our shareholders. The Company has shown steady revenue and customer growth over the past 18 months. It currently has over 200 Agencies and Affiliates referring customers to UBL.

Executive Officers

Doyal Bryant, CEO
Doyal has a 25+ year track record in Telecom, Investment Banking and New Media businesses. He is also Managing Partner at BlueLake Capital Partners, which provides advisory services and management support to growth stage companies, both public and private, specializing in Internet Networking, Wireless and Wireline Telecommunications and Broadband and New Media related companies. Until recently, he served as President of IGC Acquisitions, Inc. and currently serves on the Board of Directors or Board of Advisors of several companies and has served as CEO in for two public companies. . In his previous career Doyal was a managing director of the Technology Asset Finance Group at GATX Capital where his team develop an investment portfolio in early stage technology companies from $75M to over $530M. He has been personally was involved with over $300 million in technology related transactions. Doyal holds a BS in Business Administrations form Drury University in Springfield Missouri, with studies at Oxford University in England. He was the co-Founder of Name Dynamics and UBL.

Chris Travers, President & COO
Chris has more than 20 years experience as a senior media executive and consultant to the online, news and Cable TV industries. He has held management positions at Reuters, Cablevision and Rainbow Media. Travers was CEO of British-based interactive TV venture Future TV. He was the co-founder of the interactive media and advertising company, Empire Media and served as CEO of the search engine, Find.com. He was the co-Founder of Name Dynamics and UBL.

David Jaques - CFO
Since December 2007, David Jaques has held the position of interim CFO for a number of startup companies and venture capital firms in Silicon Valley and elsewhere in California. From 2000 - 2007, he was Chief Financial Officer for BlueRun Ventures, a global venture capital firm, focusing on mobile technology, with $1BN under management. He was the founding CFO at PayPal, where he was responsible for all of the financial and administrative functions of a fast growing internet startup and played a key role in establishing the PayPal product. During his tenure at PayPal, the company raised $140M in equity capital and grew from 15 employees to over 500. Prior to PayPal, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Silicon Valley Bank (NASDAQ: SIVB), the leading provider of financial services to venture backed technology and life science companies. His primary responsibilities were the management of a $1.5BN investment portfolio and interest rate risk management.
In his earlier career, David held various positions with Barclays Bank PLC (LONDON: BARC.L) in London and New York City. He holds an HND in Business Administration from the Polytechnic of the South Bank in London, England.
